Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from the date of purchase.
Transit time within the UK is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
During peak seasons, holidays or customs delays, delivery may extend up to 20 business days.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
This includes order verification, packing and dispatch.
What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT).
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for UK customers.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals and tags
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
- We will cover the return shipping cost
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
What if I change my mind?
If you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want it:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
- We do not charge any restocking fees
Return shipping costs reflect the actual carrier rate.

- The reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
